Chair mats made from polycarbonate or PC are thicker and stronger than the PVC chair mats.
- PC is more expensive than PVC
- PC comes with a 5 year warranty
- PVC comes with a 1 year warranty
Polycarbonate chair mats come for hard floors and for carpet – loop pile up to 15mm thick.
If your carpet is over 15mm you are left with two choices PVC or rubber.
