WATER RESISTANCE : Good
OIL RESISTANCE : Moderate
TEMPERATURE RANGE : Satisfactory to 1500C (used on PVC to -40oC)
OPEN TIME : Minimum – 20 minutes
THINNERS : Bostik No. 2 or No. 4
CLEANER : Bostik No. 3 or No. 1 (Vinyl)
FLASH POINT : -22oC (-4OF) = Highly inflammable
COVERAGE : 4-9m2 per litre on one surface depending on the absorbency of the surface and method of application
SPRAY : 4 – 6.5m2 per litre
Application
1. The surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil or grease
2. The adhesive is applied to both surfaces and allowed to dry until touch dry (or 15 minutes)
3. The two surfaces are bought together using as much pressure as possible for an instant bond to be obtained
